i dunno, in 404, when i use the front face pitch, i just change the pitch and nuthing else.

I own a 404 since july 2006

2 quick questions.

1.I saw a video in utube and a guy just used the 303 pitch and the sample slowed down while pitched down... Seemed amazing. Is this really the case or i was fooled?

2.Is it true that 303 can sample while another sample is playing ...

Ok. Time stretching produces a lot of useless artifacts.

What i do all the time (and i love the sound of it) is the following technique

1. Stretch the sample

2. Apply reverb on it. But with tone all way up, balance all way up and time all way down.

i have tried already, it didnt work, but i hoped that i did something wrong! hehe.

and my main issue was, if 303 can do it, then im damn unlucky.

i have my rc50 for live overlaying and stuff, but you know, curious curious curious.

Is there a way to resample a pad to another pad with me singing something through the mic?(real time, not recording my voice to a pad and then resampling them together!)

I have an SP404. Is it possible? or it can only be done on the 303?

I have the RC50 loopstation

It ginves you 3 tracks, on which you can overdub for as long as you like and you can trigger them indepedently of course.

Its ace, it has midi in and out and you can sync drum machines and your sp to the loops you make on the fly.

yeah, but the funny thing is i didnt use it on vocal samples! thats why iwas so surprised!

hmmmm.
