Hi peacegetbusy!...me also messed round lil time til ge the settings right, with similar equipment; til now this setup pretty fine: SP404 (sometimes+ 555)> maybe run thru mixer+(tape)or some other "OUT"> M-AUDIO TRANSIT USB soundcard/interface (by RCA/mini Stereo Adapter)...good basic soundcard ...

Hi everybody! I´m not absolute sure how to use all space on my CFcards, and really would appreciate some good advice. So, when CF cards are full (all banks + patterns) and [REMAIN] shows that there are let´s say 300 (min.) left, can i use this 300 minutes
by BACKUP SAVE> DELETE all BANKS+PATTERNS ...

By the way: here in Austria Sandisk Ultra II 1+2 G disappeared from all shops, like all (!) other CF 1 G- cards do!!!...( this means CF cards for 404 seem to becom "antique" here.) Is this an industrial joke or wat?

hey frank! you can´t chain patterns by preprogramming, except deciding which pattern will follow the current one: Pattern A running...press Pattern B> it will folllow automatically...Pattern C etc. So you can do sorta "live-chaining". hope this helps.

Only way for this i found untitl now, is to press the second one (where i wanna go) SHORT TIME, while first is running, then undo NO. 1 + same ...

Manual (german, page 17/gate-trigger-loop...) describes option to change sample pads like:" YOU CAN CHANGE PADS by HOLDIN [remain] AND PRESS ...
