Question about Chaining Patterns To Make a Song

I'm looking into the functions of the sp555 on the net. Haven't had the chance to try one out.
Can someone tell me if you are able to chain patterns together or is another sequencer needed? I'm looking for the easiest way.

hey frank! you can´t chain patterns by preprogramming, except deciding which pattern will follow the current one: Pattern A running...press Pattern B> it will folllow automatically...Pattern C etc. So you can do sorta "live-chaining". hope this helps.
