I just received my 2500LE and it is in pristine condition! curious detail this is the 303 of 500... the 303!!!

I recently got my bass guitar back from a friend and spent the whole morning practicing (it's been a long, long time). My fingers on my left hand look and feel like they got run over by a car :lol:

I always wanted to learn to play a bass guitar, I would love to integrate a live bass lines into my production but I'm worried to not being able to play the bass as good as I would like to!... :lol:

My day started off not so nice but I came across another record store, even closer to me than the other one, and much more organized... to the point it seems like they have their inventory online. The other one, while I love being able to just immerse myself and dig, never knowing what I may find, it can get overwhelming after an hour or so. The guy just gets crates and pushes them in where ever they will fit. Along with books, movies and various electronic equipment (I saw a Jack Lelane Juicer :shock:

). The 45s are all crammed together on a shelf and if you want to take one out, you have to take out like 12 of them.

I just looked through their website and I found a lot of records that I've been looking for. Not really anything rare at all. Just some Donald Byrd, WAR and some Rufus that I wouldn't mind having in vinyl format. I didn't go through the Jazz or the Rock section thoroughly but I saw a couple things here and there that I wouldn't mind getting.

By the time you all read this my house will be filled with the sounds of Chaka Khan or Donald Byrd's Wind Parade :lol:

ETA: Wah, they closed down. I spent like half an hour trying to find them and when I did the spot is for lease.

ETAA: I just realized in one of my Donna Summer LPs there is a big poster. She's so pretty even with the cigarette.

I just bought the MPC2K XL Studio Plus, samplers are so cheap lately that I need to buy all that I want... anyways... my 1K is going to be listed on ebay very soon, no needed since I already have his big brother the 2500... :roll:
