Just ordered 990 pro open back, $152.99 with coupon from MF. I realized after that they are 250 ohms, hoping that’s all good but have no clue.
Again, a lot depends on your setup, but most likely at 250 ohms they are going to require extra power from an DAC/amp. Without one you'll notice a lack of low end and volume.

Def lower volume but louder bass then the shit beats I had.
Personally I think it's best to use headphones that are most widely used as it will give you a more universal sound since most people use Seinheissers and Audio Technica I would stick to those brands. They off a pretty neutral frequency response so you'll get a good mix.
