What aa awesome week, beats and turnout..

Gonna give votes to ella's first joint - kicks in so sweet after the intro (coulda trimmed off the start and end to fit under 60 seconds but the meat was meaty)

Other vote to drumdamaja78's Loosened Up cause those some feelgoods. And it made me feel good.

i voted for drmnaga78 tracks, i liked the swing and the rolls on the drums (404 looper effect maybe?)

Hi Ellaguru, It was done on a 808, I am not sure what the 404 looper effect is?

great, the 808 got roll too?
404 looper effect(s) is(are) some kind of stutter effects

Ellaguru,
I am intrigued by the 404 and other SPs available these days, seems most folk on here are using 404s. Would quite like to have a play on one, seems like one can live loop on them? Something I always thought was a shame is not possible on the 808. When I got my 808 I think the only other sp was a dr sample sp202. I have been out of the loop for years, it is cool there are other SPs out there and being used. Maybe the effects you are talking about on my drum track are simply the way I have sequenced the drums on the sequencer tracks.

the triplets and the rolls are sequenced? cool! i thought it was the step modulator
i personally used an sp303 for those tracks i recorded in this battle. I tried an sp404 some years ago and the looper fx are great, something similar you can find on the kaoss pad
