I went from the 505 after a year & a half to the 606, and I would say that's a pretty good way to phrase it.

Especially if you think that touch-sensitive pads, huge memory capabilities for stereo sampling on weeks & weeks of beats, dual effects, and (in my opinion) a little boost in sound output ...

Whoa! Just deleted a first set of chops and realized that you can actually play back the Pads while choosing which ones to delete. No more switching between poppin' pads and delete MODE.

I admit when I went to the Music Go Round trading post to think about switching out my 505.. I could not bear to let my sp 505 go for the shit they were offering (100 bucks!) Maybe I will sell it sometime soon...

Olerud made the coolest use of the samples, I was shakin' to those shakers. Spacey, your beat was the nicest. But DJ Just Jeff... in honor of battle 36, yours was by far the most Wu-banger-blunt-worthy; maybe just some harder hitting/rougher sounding drums and it'd be razor!

So when the BPM changes when replaying buttons during pattern play, you can change each button (one by one) in the Wave Edit function. Just click the button, the Wave Edit function, and scroll down and change PHRASE to SINGLE. There's also some other cool stuff to play around with in there like ...
