Well, you sure got it cheap I'll give you that, but like I said, I still haven't overpaid for mine. It came to around £180 in total and that includes 2x maximum capacity memory cards so I still don't see how I overpaid for it, and the prices now are not what they were a decade ago so obviously ...

I suppose it could be, cause that's the effect it uses. When I first got the SP-404A and was going through the effects on it, I came acrosss that one but had no interest in it cause all it seemed to do was chop and stutter and I'd prefer to do stuff like that ...

The PO-35 Speak is a genuinely cool voice synth though, and well worth the true asking price. Compare it for example to the gimmicky pre-set garbage Arturia are putting out on the Freak stuff, and there is no comparison.

No it wouldn't, they're far too similar which is why I'm going to buy a Lofi-12 to pair with my SP-555 instead.
