I have samples imported onto an external bank via smartmedia card in .wav format. Each time I turn on my sampler I have to reselect which bank I want them on and then wait for them to load, and once this is done basic effects such as loop have to be re-added. Is this standard or am I doing ...

When I update my 303 via SmardMedia card, at the end it blinks "End" with "E02". Is "E02" the right "Checksum number" or is it an error?!

Hi,

While entering the "test mode" of the SPS-303 and trying to do the "device check", without the memory card inserted, after some seconds of "SuM", it says "EEb" or "EE6". WHAT IS THAT?
Is my 303 broken ??

1. Everything I do is LOST every Time I turn the machine off. What's the "auto save" thing and where is it ?!
2. I read the manual FROM A TO Z and that's never mentioned...

Just wondering.. If I load from my computer to the SP-303 and I mess some samples with the machine.. And then I turn off the SP-303..
When I turn it on again, is it normal that everything I did is lost?
Do I have to SAVE everything every time?

I just bought a 2nd-hand SP-303 with a 16MB original memory card and an optional 64MB card (3.3V) from another retailer.
When I try to look at the fimware version, after saying "VER" and "1.03", the machine is flashing "CDR" "ERR" "0".
I can't find any documentation about this error.. What is ...
