Used only the drum and the Ragnarok sample. Almost everything done in the 404, only thing I've done is press the 'normalize' button in my DAW to pump up the volume of the beat.

So after a long absence I've been trying to get involved on this forum again and beatmaking in general. Therefore I need an SP again! Having had the 303 and 404SX I'm looking for more polyphony, memory and processing time than a 303 so preferably a 404, perhaps a 555 and even considering the 404SX ...

I used to have an SP-303 and used it's effects for a sound coming from a MicroBrute.. Looking back the only track I made became one of the coolest tracks I've made with that idea. Wish I still had both and experiment a little more.. Like recording more notes into a SP, since the synth is mono, and ...

I'm about to sell mine aswell because I seriously need money. Though I wonder if I'll really miss it..so far it's the most fun, creative, limited pain in the ass sampler I've ever used out of all the samplers I've used so far (SP404SX, MPC2000XL, MPC1000 not much actually).
