Hi all,

New forum user and new SP404sx owner too,
I just deleted the card that comes with the unit and start my own sampling activity.

My setup consist in:
Op-1 > Oto Biscuit > SP404sx
+ an iPad loaded with apps as sampler's food and/or mixer.

Never been into beatmaking before (I'm a guitar player in a band) but once I played with the Op-1 I noticed that (sorta of) lofi hip hop it's my most entertaining and amusing musical output from that device.
So I decided to purchase an SP, luckily I found one with a nice 26% discount and go for it.

I'm here to join the community and find useful tips and tricks 'bout the 404

Op1 looks like so much fun too... there's a thread or two in here discussing it and other teenage engineering products - I'd love to try one myself, maybe if I can get one second hand..

Op-1 is indeed a lot of fun, a real joy to use.
My first try with the SP it's been nice too,
I'm beginning to learn how to use it with the manual on my side,
and the initial impressions are that the UI it's intuitive and the fx are good quality, I like to play with it!
