if you're talking about turning effects on and off during recording a pattern, and then having the pattern remember it by itself when it comes back around, automation style... then no. but you can resample your effect to an og sample and assign to a different pad, and hit that one instead when you ...

for real?? stick your nose into that manual homebwaye, or at least use the search on this site, the start/end/level button works on whatever pad you have selected currently and the knobs effect the 3 parameters with respects to their written order, so the third knob is the volume, 127 is the ...

So i record my song from my mpc1k. into the my 404 and i have effects samples on my 404 that i want to put on my track..But when i hit the samples they sound louder then my track...is there anyway i can turn my samples down with affecting the level of my song..if this makes since
