Alright, so I discovered that I can only trigger samples with midi, not patterns. I can only control the tempo of patterns... Ideally I'd like to be able to tap a tempo, then trigger a sample at THAT tempo with a midi foot controller. Anyone know of a device that would allow me to do this?

Thanks, so for now, I'll have to get myself a little metronome so that I can get a visual on the tempo and just use the samples... does anyone else find it weird that you can't change the tempo of samples? Only Patterns, then you can't trigger patterns with midi? That seems like someone didn't put ...
