If you bought a 555 without realising it's not got more than the most rudimentary sequencer,
you shoulda done your homework. . there's no other way to put it!

I can't believe it.
Please tell me i missed something.
There is NO WAY to save a pattern's bpm information
that means
you have to remember what bpm you played the pattern initially everytime?
If the above is correct,
you will see my sp 555 on ebay by tomorrow.

i just found out that there is a 1.03 version upgrade for the 555 OS.
From the readme:
While using the LOOP CAPTURE and when the SOURE SELECT is set to EXT ONLY, if you continue to only overdub the external input signal while playing a pad at the same time, we resolved the issue ...
