you shoulda done your homework. . there's no other way to put it!

i dont know if this is what youre talking about but on my 606 the only way to change the bpm and save it is to do it in realtime recording. just start recording, change to desired bpm, and let the sequence play thru, and hit stop. i hope this works for you but i've never touched a 555.

There is NO WAY to save a pattern's bpm information
that means
you have to remember what bpm you played the pattern initially everytime?

If the above is correct,
you will see my sp 555 on ebay by tomorrow.

Hey guys, i finally bought my sp 555 and there are already so many questions i want to ask you wiser dudes...

For example about using the 555 in a liveset environment. How would you do that? I have an idea but i don't know if it makes sense...

yeah man i do have it! and i just bought my 555 yesterday and the first thing i did was using them together! they go well like cheese on yer maccaroni! i sampled the drum kits off the kaossilator and programmed some beats on the 555 with them and used the loop capture for a real jamming mahyem! it's ...

I only had a couple of hours to play with it and overall i'm pleased with it.

BUT I'M SO PISSED ABOUT THIS: everytime you want to reset the loop capture after you've recorded a phrase (say you dont like it) and you hit DEL to delete it, EVERYTHING WILL STOP!!!
