hopefully i will find it all works tonight and report back.

Apparently saving/loading to/from the smart media is a total nightmare. I intend to dump it's 2 bar patterns straight into my sp-555.

hi
i had one mc09
it's a curious machine.
the bass are really nice (not the tb303 but not very very far) and filters are great.
what i didnt dig was the limited sampling time -and the non editing- and , in general, the workflow (the existing sounds "separated" etc).
maybe it was supposed to be sort of mc909 for the masses?
i'm still asking to myself this...

Yeah, 6 seconds you can't do much with. But what's worse is I think mine doesn't work correctly, since the audio in button won't even turn on. I give it a signal, but either the inputs were fried, or maybe it's just a bad unit?? But still, I have a cheap(ish) 303 clone, but I know on some message boards people complain it's not even close. Well of course it isn't. It's a hybrid sampler/synth/groovebox kind of product, but was it a cheap version of the mc909? Nah, and not even a cheap version of the mc303.
