SP404SX doesnt load all banks at once?

SP404SX doesnt load all banks at once?

I have a 4 gig card installed on my SP404SX and did a backup save function. I was hoping it would save all the samples at once.(banks a-j) It only saved bank A. Is there a way to save all banks to a card and load them all back in one shot?
