2 555's

my bro dont use his as much any more with his kid and work and what not so he is gunna give me his i was thinking of selling it or using it or trading it but would 2 555's be dope what do you guys think i kinda wanted a mpc 500 just to try a mpc or a 404 because i got a black face plate i won but i dunno my main question is would 2 555's be usefull? thanks yall..peace

yeah I think it's useful..

you can chain them together... have one go into the inputs of the other..

useful for live jamming!

-play a basic beat into the 1st ones looper.

- loop that loop up into the 2nd ones looper. (and stop the 1st loop so they dont double up)

- play a hihat pattern/something else into 1st one's looper.

Now u have 2 separate loop tracks to play with, plus 2 sets of sampler banks to trigger as well (and 2x all the effects!)

Although at that point I would consider using a SP + a KP3/electrix repeater/etc
