Sorry, but if you mean using a 404 as a controller for the software then it's no good - the 404 does not transmit midi it only receives.
You can use a 404 as a sound module that's played from midi tracks in the software, but you would need a separate midi controller to program the tracks. A padKontrol or Trigger Finger for example would give a similar control to the 404's own pads with the added advantage of velocity sensitivity. The 404 pads are not velocity sensitive.
