I forgot my password so i had to crate a new account!!!!

What up guys, i forgot my password so i had to create a new account, i have been trying to recover my password by entering my username and email in the "forgot your password" box but everytime i do it i never get an email containing my old password, i really didnt want to create another account because i've already done so many posts with my previous account, so if the administrators or anyone can help me that would be great thanks!!!!
