anyone know where i can score one for a decent price?

the best deal i have found is like 40 shipped, which is what i paid for the recorder itself

would be a shame to spend as much as i did on the entire unit for a damn power adapter

i've got the same problem, been having it for a while now
i use the 404's power adapter and have the 404 run on battery power while recording, which gets you stressed out though cause you never know when it'll fail on you
i'm sure you can get a universal adapter or something somewhere cheap, though
