Saving Effect Settings?

Post by Pym »

I apologize in advance if this is a silly question, but the manual hasn't been the biggest help for me. Is there any way to actually save effects settings, so that I don't need to reapply delays, verbs, distortion, each time I power the machine up? I tend to use an effect across all of the pads as well, so that each would have the same reverb setting. (not sure if mentioning that actually makes a difference either!). Thanks in advance!

you can either resample with an effect on, which would make a new recording of the sample with the effect you applied or write down the general positions of your knobs, its only 3 knobs not really brutal to jot down

Haha, Yeah not the worst, but not another thing I want to have to worry about for live. I appreciate the help! Many thanks.

you can switch between many effects while leaving the power on and the 404 remembers how each effect was left, so long as you don't change the settings again.
