sample pads
hi fellas ...bit of a new boy question...is there a way of when i enter a pad bank the pads holding samples can be made to light up...like on my 808..would really appreciate any help

Usually sampling Rudolph The Red-Nose Reindeer will get them to light up.
But throwing on some Santa Claus Is Coming will get it done.
Just yanking your chain. I never heard such a feature but the only time the lights turn on like that is when you're sampling or resampling, thats when the 606 tells you which pads contains samples. Other than that just hit them all to audition which pads got what.
Also, if you hit MFX Assign you can see which pads has samples on the screen. I'm not at home but there are other ways to verify.
