getting samples from one SD card to another

Just bought a new SD card for my 404sx and i want to put the stuff from my old card onto the new card. The manual is no use; all it says is "Copy the data onto your computer", without telling you how. I installed the wave import app to my PC, but what now?

By "Copy the data onto your computer" the manual means exactly that. Copy everything on the card onto your harddisk, swap the cards, copy all that on the new card. Done.

EDIT: I just checked the manual again; it does exactly tell you what to do.

copy-paste from manual:

1. Copy the entire contents of the 1 GB SD card
to your computer.
2. Format the purchased SD card on the SP-
404SX (p. 35).
3. Using your computer, copy the data you
copied in step 1 to the SD card you formatted
in step 2, overwriting any files that were on
the card.

What part of that don't you understand?
