great!

what kind of problem you had exactly? i had something similar 1 year ago, but after seeing different doctors (i saw also a dentist!) one "wierd" doc discovered that the problem was (is) a nervous problem:it's a little fucking nerve near ears that causes false blocks of earing...

WOW! That's interesting.. Now I'm wondering if this is my problem.. !

I thought it was wax buildup, but it didnt make sense that when i breathed in really hard, it unblocked.... and also cerumol/audiclean didnt do anything really to help/ not really any wax came out when i used them.

Maybe I should go see the doctors hmm.. was going to anyway just to check out my other ear..

Thanks for the info!

i don't know if you guys smoke but that can create extra wax buildup over time. i had that problem, of course i was high ALL the time for close to eight years.
these days i can't get it and it's just not worth the trouble here in japan (people here are strict and snitchy).

BUTTTT....
there are some breathing excercises i do that help tons. i can generally breathe through both nostrils all the time and my ears are much cleaner (not perfect though). and i had so much trouble growing up. i've been to many doctor performed ear cleanings; one where the guy had me bleeding cuz he was using a pick that looked like it should be in a dentist office. and yeah the teeth are part of it as well. i almost needed a root canal twice and both times that was fixed things got better.

it's all about the breathing style!
insert funny comment here.

Despite my age, I wasn't hearing anything out of my left ear a while ago for a few days. I thought I was going deaf at one moment. I think I had a case of tinnitus, maybe...

But after that period it was so awesome listening to everything. 'twas fun listening to everything in mono, though

Haha, I did do some sampling while I had the ear problem. Listen on my Myspace, it doesn't sound too ambient, though

have you made some "examination" (check-up) of your ear with a doc? sometimes what we feel is not exactly what's really happens.

Welcome back to stereo, I've been on one ear for 3 months because my "ex" doc cleaned my inflammated eardrum with wather... bloody butcher...

If you have only ear-butter that is blocking eardrum... try hot-water botle and lay your ear on. Stay in that position for like 15 minutes. Hot water will warm up ear butter and after 10-15 minutes it will melt to the point it will actually drain. Temperature of water is up to you how hot you can take.
Audispray from Laboratoires Diepharmex might also help in this case.

In case your ear drum is inflammated you will get AB.

definitely get it checked out get your dr to use the otoscope. he may prescribe you some type of oil drops that can soften build up(if it is the problem) then he will syringe the build up out.

i used to work at a care home and a lot of our residents had this problem. i hope its nothing serious tho. take care man!
