DISK MEDIA ERROR

After formatting the zip, the machine ejects it and say "DISK MEDIA ERROR". WTF?? I put another new zip in and the same shit. What could that be?

yeah ive seen it too. Im upgrading my zip because of other probs like premature ejection!

solutions? i have the same problem! i have change the "Master" position in the back of the zip...but nothing...

please help me.
