Playing pattern after pattern

Hi everyone, I need a lot of help I have just recorded full tracks for a mix and
I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to play patterns one after another
because when I get to the end of the song, the song I just played continues into the next one and its in the background which is annoying

If you just want to mix some songs together there're many editing programs out there, for example Adobe Audition, that suit that purpose a lot better than your sampler. Even if you want to do that live.
