Can I use this 4-track recorder with the 404?

i dont see why not :D

you will just need the right cables, and might have to run a guitar cable out of your headphone jack

that thing looks sweet actually

So I could just run rca to 1/4in cables from the 404 outputs and into the mic inputs of the recorder?

for $100 more i grabbed the 8 track, i would recommend that, especially if you want to record in stereo. to record in stereo you need to use two tracks (1 left 1 right). either way you go tascam makes awesome recording equipment, ive never had a problem with mine.

So all of the above would work on the SP555 too? Been looking at the tascam stuff for ages.....
