Can you apply effects to a sample permanantly?

Post by smashatoms »

For example, if I have a sample of a short guitar part can I go to the effect bank, apply tape echo, and then save it there permanently so that when I play the pad, the effect is there even if effects are turned off. Sorry for the run on.

thanks

i have a 303 and a 404 so i'm not sure if you can save effects on the 555, But you can always apply the effect and use the resample function.
If they give you ruled paper,Write the other way
