card memory suddenly erased

hi:
today my sp-303 shut off abruptly, and my entire card memory was cleared. (the drive button was blinking a little bit, but nothing else unusal was happening.)
has this happened to anyone else? are there ideas why, or how to prevent this from happening again?

first off...welcome to the boards and second off ......i dont know sorry lolz maybe a broken card ide try another one and go from there if it happens again....not the card...feel me? anyway......welcome and oh yeah if you want to be cool here... join the battles!
