It's a drum synthesizer. You can get similar sounds with freeware but for that price I'd grab it. They go for $150-200 regularly on ebay. I'd buy it for sure.

I got mine for $100, best deal I found at GC. If I had bought it on eBay, I probably would have been ripped off.
