Can this be done on a 404?

Okay hear me out, I own a 404 and was browsing videos and saw this little masterpiece:

seems like all this can be done on 404? Proper samples and such, I don't see anything he is doing that is sp-606 exclusive. Can anyone concur?

You can do that with pretty much any sampler.
