Reverse grooves

This is a little trick I figured out last year. I'm sure many of you know about it but also may not have played around with it.

1.Take a melodic loop or drum loop

2.start playing it

3.hit the reverse button to the tempo

4.make crazy rhythms.

One way to do it is to let it play 3/4 of the way through and a reversed part for the final 1/4 hitting reverse again to trigger the start of the loop again


no other program or sampler has instantaneous sample reversing, so take advantage of it.
