Help with recording...smartmedia failure?

Whenever I go to record onto bank C/D it flashes as if it was prepping to record then it resets and i see the 303 blink on and off again and have to choose a bank and stuff again.

It records fine on the internal memory though, it's just whenever i go to use the banks.

I just purchased this 303 with a 128 smartmedia card, it was working fine the whole time until well, now. It's 3 days old to me and well taken care of.

The 303 is only supposed to work with a 64mb 3.3v Smart Media card at max even though I suspect you could use something larger, but it's not worth the risk of possibly damaging my 303 in my mind. This could be your problem, try a 64mb or 32mb card and make sure it's 3.3v. Good luck
