Some dudes were trying to prove that os version 1.01 for mv 8800 exists? I have not seen any downloads on roland web sites so is this true or is it just a clear bullsh*ttin' ? Mine says 1.00 I guess all others should have the same...

Yeah, it's out, but so far I've only seen it on a Japanese Roland page I think.

I'm not going to update though, v.1.00 is working fine for me and v.1.01 doesn't seem to give us any new features just yet, at least as far as I am aware of.

edit: seems the download link is broken, perhaps they have taken it down or it has been a beta. Don't know, I can't find it anywhere anymore though.

I see. I just downloaded the update and will try it later. It fixes the long audio track lagging which is great. Do you know if some of the guys from the MV nation have installed this update? If it works I am going to update too.

Yeah, there have been some people that installed it, but I haven't heard if it works fixing the lag issue. (I'll ask on MVnation)

Where did you download it though? I can't find it anymore.

Yeah I just went through the update process! Now I have the 1.01 version on my MV. Everything works fine I'll post the update here.

Download and install on your own, I don't know nothing and can't help.. It worked for me so I suppose it will work for everyone else out there.
