New to the forum...need some help

Hey all, I'm a new SP-555 user. I love the unit so far, but have hit a road block. It seems that two of my pads that I've sampled to cause the unit to freeze when they are hit. It's not the same for all the banks, but in two different banks a pad seems to freeze. This also happens if I play a pattern that has the pad inculded in the sequence. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Check the Roland site for the latest OS update.
