303 slaved to software sequencer

Post by ReLax »

would like to ask if its possible to slave the sp303 to a software sequencer. For exampl in Ableton, Cubase, FL Studio, Reason, ..etc. I have a usb midi controller hook to my pc and a midi cable out from my sound card to the midi of the sp303. have anyone here attempted this before? thanks. im using ableton by the way.

you can, but not to Reason (unless it's Rewired into something else)

you'll be fine doing it in Abelton

I cant believe it was slept on for so long...i think the original had like 100 odd copies printed...then finders keepers found on of the few remainig left and reissued it....Its a shame she didnt get the regonition she desereved....I mean the album sounds like Janis Joplin playing with a funk band :)
