Help!! pad #14 on My SP 606 not working!!

Good evening, I am having issues where I discovered that my pad 14 on my sp isnt working, its not lighting up and I see it barely responds when I try to do the FUNC+SAMPLE LOOP EDIT,can someone please help me out or lead me to where i can get some help on it please ? By the sound of it, it's probably broken.

You can do two things. One is open the SP606 and look for yourself if any wires are lose/broken and so on, or and this is the better option, call Roland and ask if they can help.

I'm sure they are able to fix it, but it might not be cheap.
