UPDATE STUCK SP-404MKII

Hello!
I've been stuck here for like 1 hour now, and this is the replacement since the shop sent me a secondhand one instead of a new one. After replacing it with this one that was properly sealed, I just tried to update the firmware and now it's stuck here I read like everywhere that if I shut down the unit it's gonna break it for sure. Start becoming desperate guys, what should I do? Replace it again?

If the 404mk2 is dead after shutting it down now, that is not your fault.
just send it back and get your third one. You are inside your warranty time, aren't you?
