You have to make sure your connector is center negative +(o-

Tried with
5V 1,5A USB adapter
5V USB A 2.0 from PC
5V 1A and 2.1A powerbank
only 5V 1A cheapest USB adaptor from China didn't work, MK2 didn't pass booting, but it tried...
