To cut a long story short, you can edit your melodic samples with an envelope fade-in on the mkii - and how cool is that?

Would u say running a track through the Og 404 compression is fairly accurate to the actual og404 machine or is it a fairly synthetic emulation?

the 404vinsim on the mkii is as on the SX. filter+noise+flutter
the 303vinsim is the one that is like the 303-404og vin sim
it sounds cleaner probably because of the better ad conversion
and then there is a mkii comp that reminds of the 404comp but has sustain-attack + ratio controls all in one
just got mine, this week and still exploring the fx and new features.
there is no subsonic, c.canceler and others
eq is still 3band with frequency controls for each one, probably two shelf and mids in bell curve.
i like some new weird fx that have weird names too, i i really like the resonator, can make chords with it.
