MARC FIXED THE EMAIL SYSTEM

NOW NEW MEMBERS CAN REGISTER AND EXISTING MEMBERS CAN SWITCH THE EMAIL ADDRESSES ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR ACCOUNTS [which is what i was trying to do]
