In order to know who's controlling something you simply need to look into who attacks it, and what is and isn't allowed to be posted on any given platform. For example, you just quoted them allowing videos of Holocaust denial. In this context it is completely irrelevant whether the Holocaust existed or not. What is relevant is that you have the right to chose whether you believe it did or not.
