loop capture w/ foot switch problems?

hi,

just wondering if anyone has the same problem using the loop capture w/ a foot switch. when i want to loop something w/ the foot switch it has a glitch to it or there is a slight delay when returning back to the one. is this a common problem?

also, has there been an operating system update and if so, how do i go about updating my 555 and what should i expect from doing so?

No updates I know of. I noticed that if u are using a sustain pedal as the foot swtich theres a serious delay. But if u use an actual footswitch like this: http://www.zzounds.com/item--ROLFS1 it seems to work fine.

yep. works just fine. had the polarity switch set.

lol...mine has no switch

so it could be a polarity issue for me...didnt think of that.
