one of my favorite aspects of beat-making is to remix an acapella with a beat that sounds totally different in tone from the original
for this battle you will have to not only make a beat from the given sample but also must use an acapella from whatever song you want (any genre)
the only stipulation is that the acapella must be from a song from the last 5 years. no classic 90s shit.
get creative with the acapella choice.
be inventive with your beats.

-outside samples NOT OK
-outside synth/bass NOT OK
-outside drums OK
-outside vocals REQUIRED
-any and all SP units allowed
-DAW mastering OK (but keep it classy, this aint a computer battle)
gonna set the latest entry date for the 25th (willing to extend if it seems like more peeps want in)
