mfx and pads

Hi! i was searching but i dont find nothing about it,

i have a problem that when im doing a beat i have the melody looping all the time,and fingering with the drums,but suddenly i want to put a efx in the melody and i need to select again the melody (needing to stop and then play again) for the mfx recognice that i want the effect there, its a way to change effects without needing to stop these sample?

If you press the remain button the samples that are 'effected' will light up. This works both when pads are triggered and playing, or not.

While holding down remain you can assign effect on/off to the pads you want, and when you release it should be all-go...

.. otherwise the effect will always default to the last pad played, hence the issue when finger-drumming that you describe.
