I collected a bunch of analog camera sounds and they were sitting in my hd for about a month now. I just took the time, chopped and processed it
We are using all kinds of weird percussion in our songs but I never heard camera sounds, so
I used a stereo equalizer to run the sounds through and recorded on a cassette. I stole both hardware from the university I'm working lol. These beauties were going to the trash and I rescued them, now they can rest at my house after years working for those (usually) high pointing nose mfkrs.
Oh, I just collected them on the internet. Like a month ago I was at my father's house and he is a photographer, he was showing me some stuff that he is using and he has a bunch of analog cameras there, all make amazing sounds. I just took note of a bunch of models and searched through internet.
He is kinda possessive with his gear, I didn't even ask for recording their sounds lol.
I had a bunch of skateboard and bicycle chains sounds, just deleted everything on accident lol. I'm about to collect some again to see if I can make a pack with that.
