Can the SP-404 connect to my Audio interface https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail ... diohub-2x4 And if so do I need this cord https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail ... 03-3-meter Would I need to go line out from the SP into the input of the audio interface? and would I also be able to go out from the audio interface into the sp and load samples from my maschine into the SP.

Yes you can

Since that interface only has an analog stereo input, you could use something like this:

Plug the the 1/4 inch jack into the headphone out of the SP and the red/white rca cables into the line in on the interface. You could also use this cable to go into the SP from the interface if you plug the 1/4 inch into the headphone out of the interface and the RCA into the line in on the SP, or from the RCA outputs into the mic in.

The cable you linked to would let you go from the balanced outputs on the interface into the line in on the SP but that's about it, since the SP only has one 1/4 inch out

Grab two RCA to RCA cables and your all set for in and out.
