How good is an SP 808 compared to a SP 202?

I was gonna probably get a SP 202 because that's all my budget allowed, but it turns out I may have enough to upgrade to a 808. This would be a much better improvement, right? It seems to have better effects and more options. Also, the listing I'm looking seems to include 2 zip cards, sounds like a good deal
