So as we have learned the SP in delete mode acts as mute groups,make sure to have your samples with gate and loop off..
Also major discovory is that while in delete mode you can have the EXT SOURCE button on,thus having drum loop playing via another sp or any other machine,while playing your chops!
ps make sure EXT is on before you go to delete mode

been using del mode trick for a while....wow ext source makes this even more functional
