Broken CF reader in sp 404

So I bought my sp like 2 months ago from this married couple on craigslist and it was completely fine except for the cf card reader. I took my baby apart and i noticed that on the inside the pins were pushed way back into the little holes that held them in place and it looked like some of them were even broken. I was wondering if there is any known way to fix them. Could there be any parts I could buy or something or should I just get a new sp?
